RETURN AND REFUNDS

1.    Can I return my order?

Yes.

A return can be created  and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for any  item. Returns on Instar Jewellery are currently accepted only in the following cases:

* You have received a damaged product

*  You have received a damaged product

* You have received a damaged product

2. Cancellations and Refund

* Are there any cancellation charges?

There are no separate charges for canceling an item or the complete order.

3. When will I get my Refund? 

*.In case of cancellation before the order is shipped, we initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours in the source account.

*.For orders that are already shipped, refund will be initiated within 72 business hours in the source account once it's condition is verified at the warehouse.
